PortableHSM allows mission commanders to pre-load encrypted mission key bundles that activate only when authorized field operators provide valid biometric credentials and physical activation tokens.
To prevent captured equipment from compromising future operations, PortableHSM enforces cryptographic mission timers: if the module is not returned to an authorized base station within 72 hours, internal timers trigger automated zeroization of all mission data.
