Engineering pocket-sized hardware security modules capable of operating under extreme physical and environmental duress.
Standard datacenter HSMs require climate-controlled server rooms with stable power and clean air. PortableHSM is milled from a solid billet of aerospace-grade 7075 aluminum, filled with chemically resistant potting compound, and sealed with dual fluoroelastomer O-rings, allowing operators to deploy enterprise cryptography in forward tactical bases, offshore oil platforms, and disaster zones.
Because hermetically sealed enclosures cannot utilize fans, PortableHSM utilizes direct conduction cooling: high-thermal-conductivity gap pads transfer heat from internal cryptographic ASICs directly to the ribbed aluminum exterior, maintaining safe die temperatures under continuous full-throttle cryptographic execution.
